About the webinar

Leverage existing staff to create training

Garrison Libby and Emily Leachman help you leverage your existing staff to create a robust training program for your library.

Learn how to leverage your existing staff to create a robust training program for your library. Empowering staff to lead training for their colleagues has many benefits, including smoother library operations, better connections among staff members, and opportunities for honing presentation and leadership skills in a safe environment. A staff-led training team allows your library to institute a culture of continuous growth without having to invest a lot of additional money into staff development.

Join Garrison Libby and Emily Leachman as they share tips for creating an employee-driven training team, building bridges with related services, and suggestions for how to implement a training program without taking too much time away from other critical library services.
