Stephanie Katz is a librarian, editor, and writer. She’s the Assistant Supervisor of Technical Services with Manatee County Public Library System and the Editor in Chief of 805 Lit + Art (805lit.org), an international literary magazine published by the library. Her professional and creative writing can be found in various publications including the Journal of Library Administrators, Strategic Library, Authors Publish Magazine, Bradenton Herald, The Review Review, and Akashic Books. She is the author of Libraries Publish: How to Start a Magazine, Small Press, Blog, and More (Forthcoming with Libraries Unlimited, ABC-CLIO). She runs Literary Libraries (literarylibraries.org), a new, free association and resource for creative library publishers.
