Third-Party AI Services
AI technologies found in Niche Academy are provided by third parties. To the extent that such AI technologies are incorporated into the product, Niche Academy makes no representations with respect to the safety of AI technologies provided by any third party, or as to whether the use of these technologies is appropriate to you.
AI-Enabled Creation and Reporting Features
Customers must opt-in to third-party AI services for AI-enabled creation and reporting features. Upon opting in, you are responsible for the information shared with third-party AI-service providers and beholden to the ToS, EULA, and any other such policies of the service provider. Niche Academy does not collect, train, or otherwise use information provided to third-party services beyond what is necessary for inter-operation between the service provider and the Niche Academy product.
Content Creation
Sections 6 and 7 of Niche Academy's Terms of Service extend to content created using AI-enabled features. Niche Academy reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with the provided guidelines.
Customer Review and Verification
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, amending, or evaluating the appropriateness of any output generated by an AI service before using, publishing, or relying on any such output.
Compliance
You agree that your use of third-party AI services complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, national, federal, and foreign laws, which can include, but is not limited to, disclosing the use of AI in relation to your generated content and avoiding the disclosure of personal or sensitive information where necessary.
Prohibition on High-Risk Uses
AI-enabled features are not intended to be used to make or as a substantial factor in making, and Customer may not use the AI Services to make or as a substantial factor in making, consequential decisions, as such term is defined under applicable law, or in any way that would qualify the AI Systems as high-risk (or similar term) under applicable Law. You agree to take all necessary steps to ensure your organization's authorized users comply with these requirements.
Shared Tutorial Data
For tutorial content opted-in to being shared with the Niche Academy Market, Niche Academy may share content data with third-party AI-service providers to improve the searchability of such content within the Market. Tutorial content data collected for this purpose will not be stored, processed, or otherwise used to train third-party AI-service provider models or datasets.
Personal Data
Niche Academy does not share any personally identifiable information with third-party AI-service providers, including, but not limited to, individual names, email addresses, and physical addresses.
