Michelle Merritt

Michelle Merritt is a corporate culture, training and communications leader with 15+ years’ experience leading organizations to find cost-effective people focused solutions in challenging and fast-paced environments. She is recognized as a strategic thinker and creative problem solver, distinguished for implementing effective organizational change. Michelle joined the Allen County Public Library Team in 2016 where she leads the Customer Service Team, manages training and development for all 400 ACPL employees, and served as the Interim Communications Marketing and Development Lead.
