Carrie Rogers-Whitehead is the founder of Digital Respons-Ability, Utah’s state-sponsored provider of digital citizenship and online safety education. In that role, she and her staff teach tens of thousands of students, parents, and teachers every year.

A former public librarian, Carrie continues to train and write for librarians, most recently in the book Advocating Digital Citizenship: Resources for the Library and Classroom. Carrie is an award-winning author of 7 books, who always has a stack of books on her bedstand. Carrie lives at home in Utah with her family.
