About Jonathan

Jonathan Halls has been teaching media production and learning theory for thirty years.  He’s written four books on making digital learning content, with his latest book Creating Training Videos: Professional Quality with a Smartphone, released in April 2024.  He was formerly head of the BBC’s TV Training and has worked in 25 countries helping organizations develop media skills in their organizations.  He has worked with some of the world’s leading media titles including the Daily Telegraph, Times of India, Strait Times, and Financial Times.  He has a masters and bachelors in education and runs a talent development consulting practice in Northern Virginia.
