Originally presented October 28, 2020

Library leadership your way is a practical guide for anyone interested in library leadership. This includes new and seasoned formal library leaders as well informal library leaders from all types of libraries and backgrounds.

This webinar doesn't explain how to lead, but helps librarians to discover why they want to lead, how they can best lead, and what their unique leadership practice looks like. Librarians will think about what leadership means to them, discover practices on how to effectively lead themselves and others, and learn about major leadership theories and philosophies. Finally, librarians will able to develop their own unique leadership practice to use in their everyday library leadership lives.
