Niche Academy and EveryLibrary are collaborating to help libraries make their own local splash with the 2017 "Outside the Lines" (OTL) initiative. OTL empowers libraries across the country to promote themselves more effectively within their local communities. Participating libraries get concrete support for their efforts including graphics, shareable content, training webinars, working examples, and support from other participating libraries.
