In this half-hour live webinar you'll see how easy it is to get your library set up and running with Ryan Dowd's online training "Practical Tips for Difficult Homeless Patrons".

This online training has become a staple for libraries around the country looking for more effective ways to serve and address the challenges of homeless patrons. The training helps library staff to see the world through the eyes of the homeless and develop problem solving approaches that deal are matched to the reality they experience.

You'll learn how to invite your colleagues to take the self-paced online training and how to track who has actually been through it. There will be time for questions following the presentation.
