About the democast

Follow a simple guide for deciding what to teach in person vs. online—and discover easy ways to track completion and see what people learned.

Niche Academy's Director of Customer Success, Ken Bonney, for a practical look at blended learning—plus a live demo and a simple guide you can use for your next training.

Training often happens once—then consistency fades. If you’re onboarding staff or volunteers, rolling out policy updates, or trying to keep service standards steady, blended learning can help, but only if you design it with purpose.

In this democast, Niche Academy's Director of Customer Success, Ken Bonney, will walk through how to blend in-person and online training so each one does what it does best. We’ll start with what learners need to know or do—then decide which training should be in person and which works better online.

Ken will share easy ways to provide training content before or after a live session—and simple ways to check understanding and track completion. You’ll leave with a clear guide you can use for your next training.

This session is a democast: Ken will show you a simple way to choose what to do in person vs. online, then build a sample training in Niche Academy so you can see how it works.
